this edition of framework:afield, entitled 'soundride', was produced in 
1996 in edmonton, canada by shawn pinchbeck. for more of his work see

'soundride' is a bicycle ride through the canadian city of edmondton and 
it's surroundings, originally recorded by electroacoustic composer shawn 
pinchbeck for local radio in 1996. the original recording has been 
re-edited and mastered specially for this airing on framework radio.

again, we are always looking for new material, whether raw field 
recordings, field recording based composition, or introduction 
submissions. we are also now accepting proposals for full editions of 
our guest curated framework:afield series. send proposals or material, 
released or not, on any format, to the address at the bottom of this
