we continue our new format of fewer, longer works on each release with 3

ristič, julie rousse and alan courtis (whose name you may be more 
familiar with as part of the argentinian group reynols). this is our 
first predominantly digital issue, and all tracks can be checked out on

The Emissions Series

A series of soundscapes inspired by the notion that Climate Change is 
real, and that its main cause involves emissions made by man. Not all 
people agree with this theory, even though the scientific community at 
large has suggested, if not proven, that it is true. The remedy for 
climate change involves, predominantly and simply, a shift to renewable 
energy. This has been known for decades, and is possible to achieve, 
with an admission of the facts and a concerted effort to save our planet.

Scientific proof of this trend can be found on the website of a trusted 
government agency:

To raise awareness of this issue is only one step. The main reason that 
is so important is that, as science tracks the rapidly warming 
tendencies of the planet, it is becoming a great temptation to some to 
suggest that the process is not happening, or is just "natural."

People are human-- they don't want to acknowledge something that is 
inconvenient, to say the least.

Inconvenient, but not impossible to remedy. Many countries have already 
switched over to renewable energy. Germany, for example, in 2017, had an 
energy surplus, due to its use of solar and wind power.

It does not take a genius to see what must be done-- just someone who 
admits to facts and agrees that it is time to react responsibly.

I hope that The Emissions Series will help with, at least, this first 
step-- agreeing that the issue is legitimate, and that we can and must 
respond. To this end, I hope people will raise their awareness of the 
process of climate change, and share information about it.
