producers' notes:
SEMI / SILENT Recordists in Winter
SEMI / SILENT is a platform for radio art, creative audio documentaries
and field recording created in 2016 by Anamaria Pravicencu and Octav
Avramescu for the promotion of sound work in Romania.
In the frame of SEMI / SILENT, in January 2017, a group of 12 sound
artists, musiciens, performers, sound engineers, film makers and
journalists participated in a two days workshop with Patrick Tubin
McGinley and created a number of non verbal narratives with sounds from
Bucharest.
