[microsound-announce] The 2018 San Francisco Tape Music Festival is coming!

The 2018 San Francisco Tape Music Festival is fast approaching -- Friday, January 5 
through Sunday, January 7.

Returning to the historic 16th Street Victoria Theater in the Mission district, 
sfSound and The San Francisco Tape Music Collective will once again present three 
exhilarating nights and four distinct concerts of tape/fixed-media music. 

The music is channeled live to 24 pristine loudspeakers encircling the audience, 
in as close to complete darkness as the fire marshall permits.

I'll be premiering a new composition, "Tabula Rasa", on the Saturday 8:00 PM bill,
and I'll be in good company. The concerts feature other new, as well as classic,
tape music by composers from near and far, including ten from the Bay Area!
