#485: 2014.10.27
listen to this edition here:
http://www.frameworkradio.net/2014/10/485-2014-10-26/
autumn sounds for autumn weather, with a bit of winter foreshadowing
from matteo uggeri. some new names to our playlists, with sounds from
toca, grisha shakhnes, and masayuki imanishi, accompanied by old friends
matteo, steve roden and jeremy hegge.
we also announced the coming of framework:seasonal issue #7, winter
2014, the latest edition of our fund-raising compilation series. it will
be officially released and shipped on the winter solstice, december 21st
(well, ok, it will ship on the 22nd, since the 21st is a sunday), but we
are taking pre-orders as of now, and all donations of 20€ or more
between now and then will also be put down for one of the first copies.
and of course all you subscribers will be receiving your copies
automatically; i'll be getting in touch soon to confirm your addresses.
the final track-list will be announced soon, but needless to say it will
feature a string of great artists all of whom are new names for the
framework:seasonal series, new and old friends, all contributors to the
program. there's even still time for a wildcard or two - if you have a
field recording related work you'd like to submit for this edition of
framework:seasonal, send it on in quick as you can!
again, we are always looking for new material, whether raw field
recordings, field recording based composition, or introduction
submissions. we are also now accepting proposals for full editions of
our guest curated framework:afield series. send proposals or material,
released or not, on any format, to the address at the bottom of this
mail. if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to get in touch!
