i know most of you aren't in tartu, estonia, but i thought i might 
spread the word anyhow. udo and i are very excited to announce:

TARTU-BERLIN SOUNDBRIDGE

The Soundbridge begins 12 April in Tartu centre!

Over this soundbridge, sounds are exchanged between two cities. You as 
listener create an individualized site-specific radio work, using a 
mobile phone, headphones, and GPS technology to replace the Tartu 
soundscape with that of Berlin.

Crosstalk makes use of the Radio Aporee Miniatures for Mobiles platform; 
download the Radio Aporee App FREE from the Android market to participate.
