The Conservatoire of Rome presents the 4th edition of EMUFest - 
International Electroacoustic Music Festival organised by the 
Conservatorio di Musica S. Cecilia of Rome.

The Festival will take place between 9th and 16th October 2011.

The Conservatoire, with the 4th edition of the International 
Electroacoustic Music Festival, wishes to renew this appointment, unique 
in Italy, where some of the most representative international 
electroacoustic productions will be performed. An event, which will take 
place in Rome's city centre, for listening to- and reflecting on today's 
music, its techniques, its instruments, its expressive objectives and 
possible relationships with other arts and knowledge domains.

During the eight days of the festival concerts, conferences, workshops 
and special events will be held at different locations. A total of 
sixteen concerts, two per day, one in the afternoon at 5.30 pm the 
second in the evening art 8.30 pm.

The concerts will all take place at the Sala Accademica of the 
Conservatorio S. Cecilia.
