Please mark your calendar for the next meeting of the Midwest Society 
for Acoustic Ecology (MSAE) and World Listening Project on Saturday, 
April 16 2–5:00 pm, Room 1169, Behavioral Sciences Building (BSB) 1007 
W. Harrison Street, University of Illinois at Chicago.


MSAE member and UIC Distinguished Professor in Communication Steve Jones 
<http://stevejones.me/> will give a short presentation concerning mobile 
media, urban spaces, and sound. Steve concludes the meeting with a 
“Netsch soundwalk” on the University of Illinois Chicago campus. The 
Behavioral Sciences Building is near the #60 and #7 bus stop at Harrison 
and Morgan, and the UIC-Halsted stop on the CTA Blue Line. A pay parking 
lot is located at the northeast corner of Harrison and Morgan. [Google
