*Visual artist and filmmaker Matterlink proposes a theory and practice
workshop based on this expansive new art form  (also called “video/audio
sampling” or “vampling”). He will touch on the historical foundations,
copyright issues, and various technical approaches (hardware & software) of
this new art form. Participants will practice basic techniques.*
