*#276: 2010.03.21
*please forgive the tardiness of this playlist, now 1 week late. i'm
sure you've all been very concerned. i've had a very busy week
volunteering for the *worldfilm festival* here in tartu, an amazing
festival of ethnographic documentary films: http://www.worldfilm.ee. a
great programme - if you can be in town at the right time next year, it
comes highly recommended!
anyway, this show went out on time, but i never got a chance, amongst
watching 36 films in 6 days, to send this playlist, but better late than
never. the playlist for the show that just went out yesterday will
follow along shortly...
so, #276 featuring several unreleased works, including a topical
recording made the previous week during austin's south by southwest arts
festival. also another free downloadable mp3 album, this one from
*eue*, some selections from one of *bernu rits*' micro-releases (limited
edition of 6, anyone?) on their own *molmika* label, and some reworked
tape noise retrospective from the legendary *chop shop*.
again, we are always looking for material for the show, whether raw
field recordings, field recording based composition, or introduction
submissions. we are also now accepting proposals for full editions of
our guest curated series. send proposals or material, released or not,
on any format, to the address below. if you have any questions, please
don't hesitate to get in touch!
