[microsound-announce] bcc and timely delivery

bonjour

if you send something to the microsound-announce list with a bcc on it, it
will sit in a queue until i get to it. sometimes it will take me several
months to remember to do this task. by adding a bcc: to your
microsound-announce posting, you are essentially adding a delivery delay
based on my schedule and memory [yikes!] ...
