Jerusalem's Emmanuel Witzthum is a composer who works with traditional  
and electronic instrumentation, and these tracks offer a glimpse into  
his working method. "For Pianos" is a live recording of four pianists  
performing one of his scores, a piece that relies on intuition and  
attentive listening as the performers each perform the same piece of  
music but at their own pace. "With Pianos" is a Witzthum solo  
performance, using the acoustic recording as source material for an  
exploration of the score's themes from a different perspective.
