noise artists - ocp and t3tsuo - and Japanese cyberpunk writer Kenji  
Siratori.

'hypermodern writer working in a digital environment'. Born in 1975,  
he currently lives in Sapporo, Japan. He published "Blood  
Electric" (Creation Books) which was acclaimed by David Bowie.
