w.carrington (aka jonCates), formerly of the now disassembled a-very- 
sensitive-device, returns to CHI after mini timespace travels thru  
multiverses + chronospheres to perform "Return To Signal" a solo  
transmission of glowing psychon units arranged in loose orbits to  
connect consciousness across micro.crowds of processed sound events  
in waves of glistening noise, salt watery bodies, ethernets +  
transoceanic bands of radio reception.
