[Microsound-announce] Call for submissions

To all audio / visual artists,

After following recent debates on the Microsound list Re - audio 
artists who also work with visual art,  I would like to invite 
submissions for the Furthernoise.org  'A Month Of Sunday's'  live net 
mixing events. These will be held through our online mixing platform 
Visitors Studio and will be broadcast into HTTP gallery London and The 
Point CDC Theatre, New York.

We have 8 performance slots (2 per afternoon) and will select artists 
or groups to mix a 45 minute A/V performance which will be viewed 
online and broadcast into the galleries mentioned. It is also our 
intention (funding permitted) to produce a DVD  of the performances 
which with artists consent will be released in December 2006.

If you are interested in participating please contact 
roger at furthernoise.org with a link to examples of your work. We will be 
holding online workshops in how to use the Visitors Studio and will be 
selecting artists from these workshops. Although dates are still being 
finalised we are currently looking at 4th, 11th, 18th & 25th of June 
06.
