"The trio of Cascone, Henneböhl, Dougherty formed in 1965. After each 
leading highly successful solo careers the members combined their new 
music superpowers and went on release records for ECM, Deutsche 
Grammaphon and ESP. During their travels around the world they have 
played every concert hall in America, Europe and Asia and went on to 
found various institutions and festivals (IRCAM, Darmstadt, 
Donauschingen, etc.). Their music spans the realm of digital (Cascone - 
Laptop) to acoustic (Dougherty - drumset) with homemade analog 
electronics (Henneböhl) in the middle."
