[Microsound-announce] implicit destinations [bcc:]

mailman [the microsound-announce mailing list software] doesn't like posts
that have 'implicit destinations' or addresses in the 'bcc:' field.
spammers often use the bcc: field to get their messages into your inbox.

when a message is received with an bcc: address, it gets held until i
release it [as the list administrator]. this adds delay to the delivery
and mild annoyance to the administrator [one of many].

so, i ask that you consider this delay when adding a bcc: to a note sent
to this list. thx.
